Returns Policy

1. Our Products are Made‑to‑Order

All TShirt.uk items are printed on demand through our production partner Gelato. Each piece is custom‑printed when you place your order—there’s no stock sitting in a warehouse. Because of this made‑to‑order process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change‑of‑mind (wrong size, colour choice, or design change) once production has begun.

2. Quality Guarantee & Defect Returns

We stand behind the quality of every t‑shirt, hoodie, mug, and poster we print. If your order arrives and there is a manufacturing defect, damage in transit, or printing error, please let us know:

  • Timeframe: Report within 14 days of delivery
  • Proof Required: Email returns@TShirt.uk with:
    • Your order number
    • A clear photo of the defect or damage
    • A brief description of the problem

Once verified, you can choose to:

  • Reprint & reship your item free of charge
  • Receive a full refund for the defective product

3. Non‑Returnable Items

To keep production efficient and prices low, the following cannot be returned/exchanged (unless defective):

  • Customised products (modified with your text/images)
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards

4. How to Request a Defect Return or Refund

  1. Email returns@TShirt.uk within 14 days
  2. Include your order number, photos, and a description
  3. Pack securely in original packaging if possible
  4. Ship to the address we provide (we cover return shipping for defects)

Do not send returns directly to Gelato.

5. Processing Your Return

  • Inspection & Approval: We’ll confirm receipt and inspect.
  • Turnaround: Reprints ship in 5 working days; refunds in 7 working days.
