Use an order you have physically received and tested. The design also needs its rights and print-test approval in Creator Administration.
Approval covers this exact artwork content, product UID, size, colour, layout, print surfaces and delivery country. Quantity may vary within your limit. Editing a design creates a new review requirement.

Submission log & exceptions
Held orders need review. Uncertain submissions must be reconciled with Gelato before any retry. Disabling automation does not cancel already submitted orders.
