Keep the original sale and add a traceable correction. Stripe refunds reverse commission automatically; do not subtract the same refund again. Issue rejected, unprinted-order refunds from the order page. Partial or post-print refunds are managed in Stripe and synchronised here. A refund does not cancel printer production. Unit corrections update net sales counts without changing money. Corrections apply to the original commission basis and share its refund proportion.
Correction history
Entries cannot be deleted. To correct a mistake, prepare and review a counter-entry. This panel neither refunds a buyer nor sends a creator payment.
Record a completed payout
Review the currency balance, make the external payment securely, then record its unique reference. Refresh before paying.

Resolve requests only after taking the required action and explaining any lawful retention. Recording a response does not itself erase data.
